It’s always tricky to disagree with anything @Chris_Boardman ever says (that’s not a challenge by the way!) but incentivising the use of e-cargo bikes for deliveries has got to be a win, win, win, situation surely?
How could anyone in their right minds disagree with that? The amount of delivery vans on our roads is just bonkers.
