Adult rideout

Our first Snodland Adult Rideout of 2022 will be this Saturday 8th January at  10 am. We meet at Snodland Community Centre, Paddlesworth Road. The ride will be around 8 miles – out to Birling, down to Leybourne around the lakes and back to Snodland for a cuppa in the Mood Lift cafe. Aimed at new and returning riders, it’s run to be supportive and encouraging with a friendly vibe. Come on down and enjoy the fun!

Six out of 10 people have said that the lack of safe cycle lanes or traffic-free routes is a barrier that puts them off cycling. This is what stops them from riding bikes for everyday journeys. This is a similar stat from a few years ago. This survey is repeated every two years and we’re wondering when it will actually throw up different results.
